Watt Stephens

Watt founded OZ Capital in 2018 and serves as Partner, with an emphasis on business development. Prior to founding OZ Capital, Watt held various leadership positions in the Corporate Lending department at Frost Bank, where he spent 10 years focusing on private investment firms and family offices. He earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business in 2016.

Jack Sibley

Jack founded OZ Capital in 2018 and serves as Partner, with an emphasis on operations. Prior to founding OZ Capital, Jack co-founded and served as President at Bamboo Juices and held the position of Vice President at FundCorp, a private equity firm in Fort Worth, TX. He earned his MBA from the Terry College of Business in 2014.
